FIXED: Lightwell all ranks(spell IDs: 724, 27870, 27871, 28275, 48086, 48087). Removed all the hackfixes related to these spells added in r2759, fixed some bugs of r2387 and moved these cases to a better place in the switch.
MODIFIED: Little cleanup in Spell::SpellEffectSummon?(), it was setting the faction of the summoned creature 4 times.
